How we calculate this
We split your total hours into regular hours and overtime hours using the threshold you enter. Hours up to that threshold are paid at your normal hourly rate.
Hours above the threshold are paid using your overtime multiplier. For example, a multiplier of 1.5 means overtime pay is 1.5 times your regular hourly rate.
